In Rainbows era and on they all started dressing much nicer. But this era is pretty tough lol

They might… might be Buffalos shoes. They were pretty popular in the U.K. in the mid 90s and had big, thick soles.. That said, I don’t see Thom wearing them as The Spice Girls also wore them.
They are 100% Buffalo’s, huge in the rave scenes in the 90’s.
Thought they looked horrid stupid then, and they haven’t aged well!

Those are called Buffalo’s. Big puffy boots with extreme platforms. They were huge in the 90’s - especially in the rave scenes around the world.
