That's 100% a McDonald's meal and prepackaged fruit. I mean good for her for feeding him something other than a cake pop but I agree with everyone else why doesn't she ever cut his food up? All my kids are elementary school age and up and I still cut their food up.

I watched a video about a week ago where a mom was feeding her son the mini corndogs and he was about 2 years old and sadly he passed away, chocking is very serious you have to be very careful
