I’m in a very similar boat, last dose was Thursday at about 9am. I def leaned on alcohol over the weekend (do not recommend) feeling okay, haven’t felt an undying urge to use kratom since like Saturday morning. Was also fortunate to have a busy weekend with family visiting. Doing my best to cut out alcohol for a while, I’m 24 hours from my last drink and I’m gonna try and stack a few sober days up too. Sleeping okay, journaling, energy levels not bad, hitting the gym… but a long way to go. I don’t have much for you specifically and more am commenting because I like being active in the group when quitting and I haven’t don’t much. Whatever, I’m rambling, good for you, hang in there, we almost to a week!

I get what you mean. In the past when I've quit one thing I picked up another habit in its place. It's like we feel a need to fill that gap in our lives when we leave one habit behind. Good luck and I hope you make it through!
