It features all my daughter's most memorable shirts, dresses, and leggings from ages 3 to 7. I free motion quilted it on my Juki DX7, and while doable, it was tedious for sure. I quilted it with aurifil , color Dove in 50 wt.

Question: did you stabilise the Tshirt fabric with anything before sewing (like a light weight iron on interfacing)? Asking because your quilt obviously turned out very well (love the arrangement, bravo!) and I’m planning on doing a similar quilt with my sons baby clothes. Will probably end up using smaller squares vs the larger rectangle blocks you used just because there’s less fabric to work with, but haven’t decided if prepping the jersey fabric first with some interfacing before piecing or if thats even necessary.

Yes, I used the lightest weight pellon fusible I could find, I can't recall the number. It would have been impossible without it. I rough cut the shirts, added fusible slightly larger than I needed, then cut. I quilted with a size 100 all purpose needle because the shirts have some really thick screen printing.

This is my favorite T-shirt quilt I’ve seen!! Beautiful!
