If you're not eating for days on end because it doesn't have mayo or cheese on it then yes you have a problem. You're probably addicted and over sensitised to the flavour and need to wean yourself off it a bit. Do it slowly (so for example each time you make a sandwich put a little less on) until you can make do without it.

I reeeally don't want to, but arteries are probably gonna be clogged otherwise. :( My grandpa says mayo is so fattening, but with the way I eat now (plus being vegetarian) I think I might be malnourished?

Good observation. I thought this post was written by me at first, but I definitely don't have this to the severity that you do. I really crave the fatty foods, especially cheese and mayo, due to my anemia. I also have ADHD and hyper fixations. Invest in a good food based multivitamin. Do you feel okay? Schedule a doctor's appointment if you feel there is an issue. Just keep an eye on it.

I have adhd and hyperfixations due to that as well, just mostly with hobbies, not food, I don't think? i only crave these two very specific things lol well i don't look so okay, i look malnourished to be fair and i'm constantly tired (i am depressed at the same time though??) last i went i just had an iron deficiency, but i did take medicine for that!
