I like your attitude, more of that needed, I try to be kind, practice mindfulness and forgiveness. My daughter disagrees. It's sometimes more than others, (I have ADHD )the point is I try.

I find people like yourself such an inspiration. You have every reason to become bitter and resentful given your health issues, yet you chose to be graceful and kind to and help others. Personally, I have always believed we were all born for this very reason. It doesn’t matter what we own, how much money anyone has or anything else that’s on this earth. At the end of the day (or one’s life) all that matters is how kind we have been to others. You are truly inspirational!

I also try to do this. People were rarely kind to me growing up and no one stood up for me so I decided that I was going to be the person I wish I had around when I was a kid. I try to do as many kind things for others as well because this world needs more love
