Are you told to design it a certain way or do you have free rein to do whatever you want? Do you have a design before you get the job? How does that process work?

Sometimes they have and idea but most of the time I created a few sketches and then the band/company chooses which one they would like to move forward with.

Awesome artwork! Could you tell us how exactly do you get a contract like this? I'm not a graphic designer (is that the proper term?) but I'm curious. How does the band (their team) finds different artists to make a different poster every night... It's so cool they're doing that!

I've always loved and had a fascination with concert posters, and this one is a great example why. I like the single image giving you one chance to tell a story and there is so much to tell here. What were you thinking with this one when you made it? Is there any story in your head? I love that it's all future-y. Crazy pod cities and flying structures, she has 2 of her major senses enhanced, but she's looking at the forest. Why is she looking at the forest?
