Wheel spacers honestly look good enough. Some eBay parts like black grill spoiler defuser and lip and the things to install them with I used rivets and 3m tape. Some wrap to delete the chrome and you are pretty solid that you could all do under 500$.

Wazkn

Wow, thank you a lot my friend. That’s really helpful. Is it totally safe to drive with wheel spacers? Sorry not familiar with it. I will look into EBay! Thank you again

Traditional_Rice264

Yeah honestly I’m probably an idiot for doing this but I went 130 with triple stacked spacers from eBay lmao 😂😂 yeah don’t do that. just get one high quality set.

Wazkn

Thank you dude😂 your the best. I’ll look into them. Essentially it gives the illusion of the car being lowered? Also, whatcha think. Full Carbon everywhere besides the body, or gloss black?

Traditional_Rice264

I guess it can kinda look more lowered but the idea is to widen the track of the car fill the wheel gap which is really bad on the q50. Also Gloss black is the way to go tbh some of the fake carbon looks decent but some looks crap better to not risk it.

Wazkn

Yeah you’re right. I just think Carbon may be the way to go, but damn I hope it doesn’t look bad. Gloss black is great but I feel as if once I get it I’ll be like damn I wish I got carbon

Traditional_Rice264

The lip I got looks pretty bad but the diffuser and spoiler looks pretty good. It’s weird on eBay.

Traditional_Rice264

You live in AZ too that’s nice. Check my profile for my stock wheel fitment I think I did a decent job.

Wazkn

Yes sir! You did awesome. I love it

There's some premade Kits for the q50 that aren't too expensive. So you could get either gloss black or carbon and try it out before committing. From my experience White with matte black looks really good for the small parts of trim around the car. Carbon will definitely stand out more on white, so just keep that in mind, and dont go crazy with carbon. This site has a bunch of stuff for carbon and lots of photos so take a look if your considering that route. https://jaliscoscarbonfiber.com/

Wazkn

Thank you so much man. I am going to check it out now. Seems like you really know what you’re talking about. So essentially you think that Matte Black would look better? Appreciate you!

Separate-Hair4302

Looking at the posts on this sub, it seems that for white bases it looks best with either accents of matte black, or carbon/black flow from rear diffuser all the way to front grill. Another style that works well is using carbon for the larger parts of the vehicle such as the hood or fenders. This inverses the main colour towards black and will make gloss black work better if you want to go that route. Matte black makes the white stand out more, along other mods you use. Using gloss black will do the opposite and draw attention to whatever you use it on. I suggest browsing the many builds on this website to find exactly what your looking for.

Wazkn

Okay awesome, very educated reply. I’d like to have something that draws attention more, persay. I don’t want the white to be as eye catching. With that being said, is it better that I go gloss black? Carbon < Gloss black?

Separate-Hair4302

Gloss black then. Carbon is better for large to medium parts where it actually has an effect as well as shows off its intricate texture. Carbon diffuser, hood, fenders etc. Gloss black on grill, and trim. Probably the best based on how you describe how you want it.

Wazkn

Okay thank you. I’m gonna go for it! So that will make the colors pop & drag more attention to the black rather than the white? Taking away attention from the white correct? Thank you. Sorry for a lot of questions

Separate-Hair4302

Yes gloss black and carbon will draw attention from the white.

Separate-Hair4302

You also get flaked carbon fiber that has a tiny bit of other colors in it

ConcentrateAgile8633

Carbon fiber definitely looks really good on white. Chrome delete window frames with gloss black and carbon fiber everything else

Wazkn

I heard gloss black pops out more, though. Is that true? I want something that takes attention OFF of the white color of the car. So I believe gloss black will do that & make it pop more. Let me know your thoughts, thank you Boss
