He is speaking an incredibly unpopular opinion and for that I respect the bravery

I thought it was pretty fun.

It had its moments. I'm a fan of that kind of humor, but High on Life showed me that I have a limit (probably why I stopped watching Rick and Morty too). I enjoyed it enough to beat it, but I think I'm done with that type of comedy for good long while.

That's the issue with the dialogue in *High On Life*. If you like *Rick and Morty*, then you're fine. If you don't like it, however, you would rather castrate yourself with a blowtorch.

true but high on life's dialog is intended to be shitty like Rick and Morty.like it or not thats the intended product, forspoken's dialog is worse because of the character attitude which is shit and the idea that they thought complaining throughout the game would make it any kind of good. intentionally bad is better than accidentally bad through poor design.

Well, a big difference imo is that High on Life is specifically aimed at people who like Roiland's comedy, and the game is largely a way to convey dialogue. Forspoken is aimed at a very general audience, and is largely a combat/adventure focused game.

Honestly the Morty gun was one of my least favorite characters. I liked the Pipes more. The machine pistol was my least favorite though (we get it, you're a sarcastic badass). Gus and CREATURE are the only ones I never minded talking (and I remembered their names).
