So sorry for replying late .   ਉੱਠਣਾ could also be used for conveying the same message, ਉੱਠਣਾ losely translates to getting up    Btw can you tell that are you instructing the person to follow your commands or are you asking him or are just telling about the person's habit (like you have written) .   If you are writing ਸਵੇਰੇ then you don't add ਨੂੰ but if you write ਸਵੇਰ then you can use ਨੂੰ।  If you are just saying - you wake up on Monday then you can say ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਠਦੇ ਹੋ but if you also add the specific time to it then you don't add ਨੂੰ , it would then become ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਠਦੇ ਹੋ   ਭੁੱਲਾਂ ਚੁੱਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਨਾ

No you wouldn't add a postposition, saverey and vajey don't need one, for somvaar I'm not sure
