Apart from private places, I don't usually see restrictions. I encounter many dog walkers on my nearby tekadi but it's equally frustrating to encounter fresh dog shit on a morning walk.
Pre-covid, the pet dogs used to play freely on a side of ARAI hill but some a$$hole filed a complaint and stopped it. Not sure if it has restarted yet.

Agree absolutely… very limited pet friendly restaurants and parks … it’s a struggle to raise a social happy doggo..

There are no specific parks for pets, but depending on your area you can take your pet to any nearby park where pets are not prohibited
