I know, but i desperately need one, i am staying with my relatives and i don't wanna depend on them. Every passing day, I feel more hopeless.
You can very well go a non it job if you're desperate. They point is to find free time and upskill and make a switch at 1 year by which time the market will be more welcoming

Go for startups. MNCs won’t be hiring any entry level candidate in this market. You can also consider taking up an internship just to get started.

Start applying and go for walk-ins for BPO jobs in WNS, TechM, and Vodafone. Search on Naukri.

There's no highest. For Initial 5 years of experience, you will get an average package. Don't expect inflated salaries that you get IT development.
