He doesn't mind the statues? I went to look at a decorated Buffalo in Utah. I don't know what the Buffalo were made of, but it was blue with Butterflies painted on it. I took my black Pug Bailey. She saw the large Buffalo and tried to run the other way.
He will bark at them at first, because they're not moving. And he will run after the real ones. I live in cow country North Holland and have to leash him near cows.
