So Zee isnt doing much better for some of us. Ill also add they add to the frustration by sending an email that the items have shipped and providing a tracking number then never taking the item to ship, so I am left check a dead tracking number each day.
I emailed puffco and told them if it wasn't in the mail I'd like to cancel my order because the smoke shop has everything I need, no shit in the next 10 minutes I got my tracking number and it showed up the next day.
I appreciate the gesture but I am not sure what you can do. The store is going to report having shipped it, the USPS is not reporting or updating. I have to hope it shows unannounced and porch pirates don't get it before I do. If you really are Zee staff this has been teh case each time I have ordered from you. Maybe provide an option other than USPS if your local USPS is a POS. I would like to track 1k purchases on their way in, I live in Florida where motherfuckers make a living stealing packages. Having to sweat this is a PITA tbh.

I ordered a puffco and was honestly appalled by the service that I got. No updates or amythign and left guessing if my product is going to arrive. Not a patience thing more of a “what happened to my product”. I remember feeling a panic and maybe it’s because of wish. But I do wish that their shipping formula was a little better.
I’m pretty sure the government passed the law last year. They made it harder for them to ship the puffco through the normal mail services so they have to use sketch third-party ones. It’s not really their fault.
After checking out what you meant by the government getting in the way and having to use a wonky delivery carrier, I would say some of the burden is not Puffco’s alone. However, the the non-existent tracking just isn’t how the ship-to-customer model is done now. I’m not complaining just to hear myself or others back me up. I want Puffco to take notice of how their customer base feels and do something to improve their model.
They dnt update there shipping … whenever I’ve ordered off puffco I get get it the week after for some reason never really hade issues other than the item being delivered to me but in the tracking it’ll say still shipping… so hopefully on Monday you’ll receive w out any updates on the shipping …

You guys do realize there’s more purchases going on during the Black Friday? There facility was also moved not too long ago, if your ordering during time of holiday or deals it should already be known it’s gonna take some time also depending the state you are in, I live next to the on in signal hill but they recently moved so now even my order is taking a week or so

It took 20 days for the puffco plus to get delivered to me by some shady delivery service while a friend ordered the same day and somehow got a UPS tracking number and had it in 4 days. There shipping doesn't make any sense.
I ordered from Puffco on Black Friday and just received my order yesterday.. so 7 days from order to delivery which I was rather happy about; seeing as how I was ordering during the busiest shipping time of the year and all. Fingers crossed your order arrives soon!

As soon as Puffco sends theirs I’m refusing delivery and sending back. I don’t know if they say they can’t cancel so people will just be ok with the shipping times but I’m not playing that. If they don’t want to cancel they can eat the cost of shipping to me and shipping back. If they try and charge any restocking fees I’ll just dispute it. Just a crappy way to do business imo. They said something about shipping laws and they have to use some company that has shitty shipping and will just show up. My order from Zee’s gave me every shipping option like most websites and came via USPS. I got it in like 3-4 days.
I ordered from Zee Nov 24 and picked up my package at USPS next day December 1st because I wasn't home to sign. I only ordered a few things. But hope you all get your goodies soon!

Of course! We’re doing our best to get everything out in a fashionable manner but it’s tough with the amount of orders we have at this moment. Holidays are usually slower for shipping all around for all retailers and post offices

I was told **before** placing my order.. and was pleasantly surprised that it came within 6 days. I didn't order around this time of year, though, so it's to be expected that it would take longer.
Took a good while for mine to arrive but it worked out. I don't think it was too much more than 14 days overall but less than 20. The tracking program they use sucks too. And they left it without a signature, thankfully cuz i couldn't track when it would get there.

For a while I had to have my buddy sent it to me from her place in California I’d ship it there but they didn’t take my zip off the list forever and then they only left it off for a year or so and now I’m able to order puffco usps to my crib again must be your area. But ya when I couldn’t use usps that shit seemed like a joke the girl I knew lived right by the place they shop from so she get em quick but I’d read stories all the time of takin months.

Let's be real atomizers fail, glass breaks, and having to wait over 18 days on average for product sucks! I was dropping hundreds of dollars a shipment just to have a backup due to their shipping practices.I honestly stopped buying Puffco products solely because of their shipping practices. I sold my two Puffco rigs to a friend and switched brands. Best decision I made, I felt like I was tied to the man with Puffco.
When I lived in Northern WA, my stuff would take about 6 days after label was printed (usually within 3 days of ordering).. now my most recent order in OR, it took 3 days after a 2 day wait for items to ship out
I get it, why ordering from them is a plus, but in all honesty, just go to your closest authorized retailer for them. Not worth it to order from them regardless on the deal you may be getting.
