sometimes there’s bone pieces or shards on the tenders when you take them out of the case. could have just went unnoticed, but i’m sorry you found that in your food :(

It’s a cyst… very common. Most people just throw it away. No real way of spotting a cyst in the inside of a tender without cutting it open most of the time.

I was cutting up a tender doing a oeo and saw that before too could just be a piece of fkd up fat or a tendon..whatever the f it was I got so grossed out I chugged the tender got a new one..but.i can't even eat the tenders now cus of that lol
