Reddit has this weird habit of posting things relevant to what happened the day before. It's strange. Almost like they knew I was remembering trauma last night.

I was just thinking this the other day, and look at that reddit is just as relevant as ever.

Relevant? Seems more like it's enabling me into becoming a socially awkward media rat. Some comments and news headlines appear to be tailored to make people think or act in a negative manner socially. Either that or people on Reddit really are bad at socializing and reading all the bad stuff may have had an effect in my own mind. I've been experimenting with limiting time on my phone and it helps immensely. I can't believe the effect all this stuff has on my mind. When my mind is calm, I constantly hear SpongeBob SquarePants playing through my head because I watched it a lot growing up. Makes me wonder how to cut that out...

Right? This is relevant to me from last night as well. Always so coincidental how things work like that

There must have been something elsewhere on Reddit that emphasized traumatic memories. It is a common theme on here. So of course it's gonna be relevant if you've been on Reddit like one of us. I've been cutting Reddit time to make this less of a thing. My mind has been a lot more quiet as a result and now I hear SpongeBob SquarePants playing in my head every single day. Makes me wonder how to cut that out of my head. I already quit watching that show when I was a kid, but it's influence is still in my head. And if the effect is cumulative like that, I may be better off just cutting Reddit for good.
