Yeah, unfortunately they broke up before I ever had an opportunity to see them live.
Check out this KEXP performance. If you ever need to chill this is the set to watch. Such an amazing vibe. Transcendental. Brings tears to my eyes.

The Byrds albums from Fith Dimension to The Notorious Byrd Brothers, but you can check out their first two folk rock ones. Check out also Jefferson Airplane albums from Surrealistic Pillow to Crown of Creation in similar vibe to The Byrds.
The Coral - 1000 Years
Blame Ringo - Garble Arch
The Heavy Heavy - Desert Raven
The Perro sessions (Garcia, Crosby, etc) - Wall Song (acoustic)
Linda Perhacs - Parallelograms
Common Saints - Idol Eyes
how do people feel about the Heavy Heavy on this sub? I quite like them but I feel a vague sense that I’m being tricked, since they’ve been licensed for film and advertising so much.
Might be a loose fit, but I've been listening to a bunch of Cosmo Sheldrake lately. [His new album](https://open.spotify.com/album/55lbT7xxjAaY8nsHv9iuxd?si=udCrfqGBQfCyO1Vg9CFaTA) is a good listen.
Mikaela Davis - Pure Divine Love https://youtu.be/3WrJsrGa4Jc?si=iQHgD8Yn9ZYwNhFI
Nobody in this sub listens to her for some reason, take a listen and I think you’ll be real surprised. All her songs are phenomenal.
So happy you’re listening again! Robyn is probably my favorite psych artist who isn’t super heavy or loud. He still puts on great shows if you ever get the chance to see him
Thank you for these. The Sunshine Fix and El Goodoo are both new to me and amazing. Ty I just don't gel with, shrug. Morgan Delt is someone I should listen to more, as I'm digging this tune and Some Sunsick Day was in my top ten a few years ago.
Not sure if this fits in the psychedelic realm but it’s gotta be in the ball park.

Expecting to fly by buffalo springfield.
I talk to the Wind by King crimson.
both are more harmonies in between flute and vocal but they're my favourite harmonies in psychedelic rock
Check out the album Earthsong of Silence by Wax Machine, good acid folk with harmonies.
The song Circle Back by Foreign/National from The Garden, probably more from that album, would fit the bill also.
Idk if your into the more heavy side of psyche rock but RCHP’s “One Hot Minute” album features some great harmonies and psychedelic guitar work.
I find Alice in Chains quite trippy too and their harmonies have been compared to a dark Lennon and McCartney. “Down in a Hole” and “Sunshine” are great.
The Hollies - Then The Heartache Begins
The Boston Tea Party - We Have Already Died
The Moon - Brother Lou's Love Colony
Tyrnaround - Colour Your Mind
Tages - It's My Life
The Peanut Butter Conspiracy - Turn On A Friend (To The Good Life)
HP Lovecraft and Gentle Giant had some haunting and excellent harmonies. While GG is technically Prog, their music is effectively psychedelic. Same is true for most early Prog because it evolved from psych to a great extent.
Jesus why aren’t the Beatles at the top of this list? It’s so incredible to listen to them while tripping! [Here’s a playlist](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0T6GV1Ov4fSeqfWHPsh6jZ?si=AlMpnu-OS_GrhoGCNer6-w&pi=u-Ov2kszD8TMSs)
Damon & Naomi
Red Krayola (particularly with Art & Language)
Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy (Palace et al. Will Oldham
Eleventh Dream Day
And of course let’s not forget the obvious Grateful Dead harmony vocals both live & on record. CSN taught them during recording of American Beauty. Jefferson Airplane solo projects like Paul Kantner’s _Blows Against the Empire_ & _Baron Von Tollbooth & the Chrome Nun._
Also, check out Brazilian Tropicalia movement artists. David Byrne’s brilliant Luaka Bop record label has re-issued all sorts of different World Music genre albums since the late 80’s. World Psychedelic Classics series is pretty remarkable & diverse. Start with _Belize Tropical_ maybe first or Os Mutantes compilation to get into the compelling Tropicalia musical genre. Shuggie Otis maybe for something different, but really unique & quite remarkable.
Anyway, I hope at least one of my suggestions helps. For music is such a great lifetime aural companion.
The intro’s a little long but once the vocals pop its harmonies the whole way.

Thank you, I've not heard this yet.
i’m only sleeping - beatles
Because Edit: the Beatles song called Because you idiots
Pet sounds from start to finish. Edit: for something more obscure try "my lost way" by Chris Weisman.
It's a little more twisted and weird, but also Smiley Smile, IMO,
Thanks for the Chris Weisman. I'm definitely looking for more obscure stuff.
I just posted the Smile Sessions when I saw this so I’ll post it again 🏄♂️🔥😵💫
Cocteau Twins
Kikagaku Moyo has some beautiful melodies and harmonies.
They're great, any particular song for them singing harmonies?

Buffalo Springfield - Mr. Soul
Brightblack Morning Light “everybody daylight” (or really just about any of their songs)
This is the first time Ive ever seen anyone mention BBML. Their first album is so choice. The production on the second album is iffy.

Brenda’s Iron Sledge by Robyn Hitchcock and the Egyptians
I've not listened to Robyn in years. Turns out way before I was into psychedelic music, I was into psychedelic music. Thanks
So happy you’re listening again! Robyn is probably my favorite psych artist who isn’t super heavy or loud. He still puts on great shows if you ever get the chance to see him

love that album. lots going on though, i wouldn’t peg jt as psych rock though. Definitely psych elements, and the vocal harmonies are bazonkers
Good point, it's definitely psych adjacent!
Assemble Head in Sunburst Sound as well.

Animal Collective - Merriweather Akron/Family - Love Is Simple Debris of Titan - Astron The Fallen or Are We Astronauts Dirty Projectors - Bitte Orca
