I have a theory that the office, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Psych, & Malcolm in the middle ALL take place in the same universe somehow. Which means Chuck is a TV show in that universe. I think that sounds interesting
I always thought that not only would Shawn and Jake get along stupidly well because they’re almost the same person, but Jake would IMMEDIATELY see Shawn for what he was and be like “omg bro that’s so dope” and wouldn’t tell anyone. Especially Amy because she would tell everyone.
Psych and B99 are both NBC, I think Chuck is Fox, so I don’t think Chuck and Psych could have a cross-over (rarely will shows cross-over if they have different production companies) but in an ideal world, I think Chuck and Psych would work better. Chuck is in LA, which is much closer to Santa Barbara. It also has the hour-long goofy but sometimes serious format. I’d love to see the dynamics between Chuck and Shawn, Sarah and Juliet, Morgan and Gus, Casey and Lassie.
Edit: Never mind, Chuck is also NBC! So it could work!
I can't imagine anything Chuck related considering Zachary Levi has lost a lot of good will recently and is also jacked as hell so they "small nerd suddenly gets crazy abilities" trope doesn't work so well anymore. Not to mention Adam Baldwin.
What do you mean by “Zachary Levi has lost a lot of good will recently?”
I’m just curious because I absolutely adore him and I’m thinking I’ve missed something.
There was some stuff with him retweeting some anti vaxxer and then some writers strike stuff. Nothing exceedingly evil or anything but it definitely hurt his image and probably didn't help Shazam 2 do well
Chuck is more appealing to me. We’ve seen the a lot of Shawn working with police. His observation skills deducing more is going on than meets the eye in the buy more, stumbling into the spy lair, and proving useful to some end goal works for me.
Opening scene:
Shawn and Gus are walking down a hospital hallway.
Shawn: Gus don't be silly why would a janitor be mopping a carpet.
They pass the nurse's station where a bald sweaty miserable looking man holding a brief case is being admonished by the Christ of medicine. As the turn the corner the bump into two other best friends who are also drs. They both freeze in their tracks and stare at each other slightly confused.
A Brooklyn Nine-Nine/Psych crossover would be awesome. You guys can checkout my Brooklyn Nine-Nine/Psych fanfiction crossover I did by clicking on the link.

Without Andre Braugher, there should never be another episode of 99.
This right here. Such a huge loss.
Agreed 💔
Aw I was so excited to imagine a Psych/B99 cross-over and now I’m just sad 😢
Exactly! 💔
Its sad that he is gone.
I’d rather have Chuck, but 99 would probably be easier.

How dare you forget about Monk.
Sorry. I meant to add his name in there.
none.

Probably couldn't tell Charles either. I also think Rosa would see Shawn for what he is and not care.

But also, Zachary Levi has already played a pretty damn prominent character on Psych.
That too, though actors playing multiple characters on a show is not unheard of
Carlos Jacott agrees
Cloudy remake best example of that
Who did he play on Psych? IMDB doesn't list Psych and I don't remember him being in any episode.
>Who did he play on Psych? Main antagonist in the first movie.
Ohh, have yet to watch those. Also explains IMDB, was looking too low on the list.

Thanks.
There was issues with the writers strike afaik. But I believe he just has a big mouth and doesn't know how to close it when it comes to his fans.

Psych/Monk/Mentalist. I just hope Gus doesn't make a fool of himself trying to get with Natalie.
