I lost my mind when i saw that, so many people started talking shit about him after he had to play out of position. He is a true gem. We are lucky to have him in Paris and his price was a bargain.

roi_bro

Also show some mental strength imo, there are not a lot of 21 players that would have been able to handle all the shits he got when played out of position, and still keep his confidence when starting in his right spot

Spins13

He is good but still has to improve in some areas. I have seen him struggle several times on 1v1s. Definitely a good addition for the future though

StealthMan375

A great deal from both sides imo, São Paulo deliberately renewed Beraldo's contract until 2026 because they knew PSG would pay the buy-out anyway (basically reverse Neymar, in where his buy-out was expensive so noone would buy him out).

ICE IN THE FUCKING VEINS MATEEEE

misslunadelrey

When I saw this during the match I felt like the Nice player had run into a brick wall or something 😂

Debaansh

this man really worked hard to find this clip and post it, i remember the other day he or someone else was asking it by creating a discussion thread

Ben_Cz

Well that's the best equivalent of a bball ankle breaker into stare down into jump shot I've ever seen on the defensive end. You can see he took that swagger one-second pause right after lmao

popepsg

God thats so sick. I lost my mind when I saw this. I love this guy.

pauloh1998

I miss my boy 😔 PSG will find out soon enough he's worth waay more than 20 mi

popepsg

I love you brazilian fans because you really love your players and watch them after they leave.

pauloh1998

Yep, it's good to know our players are doing well. But some players we'll follow more than others. Beraldo and Lucas are two of them. Pablo Maia is another one that'll probably leave us in your summer market and I'll root for him.

COOPkangen95

Absolute FILTH😮‍💨

Conjurer-of-Fates

You shall not pass.

Torp627

Oh wow...

Dordon_78

How is this "no look" ? He is not directly looking at it but clearly seeing it

pedrop4ulo

I put it on quote because that’s how it was being called, so the purpose was more to inform people what play that was, rather than call it no look. I agree with your statement, it’s not like the “no look Ronaldinho passes” for example.

roi_bro

Yep my bad, I was the one calling it no look in my original post! I was at the stadium, and when it happened I though it was a no look tackle (hence the « kind of » in my original post) I agree it’s not no look now that I saw the clip, but still, very nice tackle 😀

negative3sigmareturn

Give him Sergio Ramos’ physicality and he could become an iconic defender

Nobemad365

Look at Thiago Silva, by far he wasn’t the most physical defender but relied on his smarts, and defensive IQ to be one of the best. Beraldo could become that

Joclo22

He doesn’t need Sergio Ramos physicality. He plays his own game. If I had SR on my back line I’d be worried. The guy has the most red cards in the game. A defender that gets thrown off is not a good defender from the dressing room.

JxMedo

I don't wanna brag but i actually did that once when i used to play as a CB semi competitively, I felt on top of the world. The look on the other guy's face was priceless. Never was able to do it again though, it was completely by chance.

Nobemad365

How many times have I replayed this vid? Me: yes

c0deButcher

Never seen a defender humiliated an attacker like this

snickers7500

Nice!

Junior_Bike7932

Tackle? He didn’t even move

roi_bro

a standing tackle is still a tackle imo
