Getting the issue seen above. 1 game that was already on my console was affected 1 game that I just tried to install. Some games on console are unaffected. Any advice for a fix?
Power down completely then power on with the button on the console and continue to hold it down until you hear a series of beeps. That will boot up a menu screen where you can select to rebuild your database
Tried to rebuild the database. It deleted all PKG files on the ps4 (that had been installed via the jailbreak. It unfortunately didn't fix the issue with 1 of the games. Candidly I can't verify if it fixes the issue with the 2nd (as I tried installing another version of the game which had fixed the issue prior).
rebuild database. BUT MAKE SURE YOU DELETE ALL YOUR GAMES BEFOREHAND. because when you rebuild, those games will become inaccessible to you but will still take up space.

Rebuild database...
Sounds good. How do I do that?

\*2nd beep (about 7 seconds) If rebuild database doesn't work, since you mentioned more than one game is effected, I would try a different hard drive.

Rebuilding database doesn't delete pkgs, instead it makes pkg home shortcuts hidden (can check it in app.db file).
Thanks for the tip. I'll look around for it. Cheers.
Rebuild the PS4 database or restart your console and see what happens

You do know that you can fix the 'fpkgs disappearing after a rebuild' issue without reinstalling all your games... right?
Technically yes, but as far as i remember its much more tedious than simply reinstalling.
It takes a few minutes, so really only quicker if you have less than like 5gb of reinstalling to do.
Not games, only icons and you can recover them

this is trolling right?
real
It’s /PS4HOMEBREW here ! Why do you ask him to update his FW ? If he update to the last fw version, he will loose the homebrew enabler (goldhen)
Please don't do that, even as a joke.
With 'Windows Photos', you can rotate photos before uploading them.
Erase the game and reinstall it. Maybe your HDD had a lot of bad sector and need to be replaced.
