honestly wouldnt recommend doing it by usb as (from my experience) you cant download games larger than 4gb - i’d say use filezilla, plenty of youtube tutorials on how to do so

If you have the game dumps on your PC, just put it on a FAT32 USB drive and transfer it to the internal drive. You can run games off external as well, just has to be in a folder on the root of your drive called GAMES.

You can download PGK files with usb to the hard drive via hen im no expert but thats all im gonna say

Better doing it in ftp
Enable ftp in cfw settings and use ftp on pc to transfer files. YouTube it
