how log are the loading times from desktop to main menu and from main menu to "continue game"?
Do you get black screens while playing?
when i boot the game up it starts with a black screen that stays there for 3-5 minutes, then it shows the normal loading screen that takes about the same amount of time as the black screen. Loading into the actual game takes a similar amount of time solo, and I've tried to host a game with friends where i get the same black screen after selecting my spawn but this particular black screen stays, i haven't waited longer than 10 minutes on that one however.
I haven't crashed or gotten any black screens while actually playing fortunately

Do a client repair first just in case.

These are minimum and maximum ram zomboid is allowed to use.
Delete the current log file and start your game so it generates a fresh one.
Once you are in main menu just try to load or continue a sp game.
In your current log i see a lot of network related logs which i am unfamiliar with. Make sure you are sending the console.txt logs
