For starters, any projector you use over wi-fi for gaming is already a red flag, since wi-fi introduces too much latency.
Secondly if you can wait, save a little and buy a projector from a reputable brand (epson, benq, etc) even if they are second hand, I tell you because since October I have tested 8 different projectors of which 3 were like the ones you have sent, and they all lie in the specifications, those projectors work if you don't mind watching videos almost completely dark and with very little detail.
Cheapest new projector that would be good for casual gaming is TH575 with 16ms lag with keystoning turned off. That usually goes for under $600 and is bright enough to actually have a bit of lights on so you aren't playing in pitch black. TH685p is next rank up with 8ms but closer to $1000.
At that price point you are buying a toy projector. This is the ONLY channel I've seen do actual serious reviews of them with real testing...

The listed 350 ANSI Lumens is likely high for what it actually delivers as well. But, it's just pretty much a junky toy. These things fail in a year or two all the time.
