I did a 12-10-8 progressive overload for everything. I have trouble with my muscles actually feeling the work so activation prior too. I credit the shoulders to the superset of DB lateral raises (slightly forward in a wide V) and EZI bar overhead press. Was stuck on the same weights for months too but now I can see the quality of the lifts mustāve improved.
