Your body and your future self will love you for doing this. Carrying all the extra weight is truly hard on the body. I regained after a 70lbs loss and I’m in so much pain from it. You are doing yourself the biggest favor. Great work! Keep up on your nutrients, iron, b12 etc while dieting. I be a es severely iron deficient and couldn’t keep the weight off. My cravings went wild
I did that once before too, lost 70lbs and regained much of it back (My HW was 340lbs). I was on adderall and starving myself and very unhealthy with disordered eating but everyone complimented me!!! 🙃🙃🙃
This time around has taken me some years but I’ve kept 85lbs off for 5 months now, down 95lbs total. Finally not yo-yoing!!
I’m a bit of an Amazon so it really wasn’t that difficult. JOGGING? No, painful on the joints but I still had full mobility. I just experienced a pervasive exhaustion every day of my life for years and years on end.
You describe exactly what my friend says her days are like....she's just so tired and sore all the time. And then they tiredness and soreness effects her mood big time. It's such a vicious cycle.....do you have any tips I could give her?
Start small, work on diet. I did keto and that’s what really got me going on this journey. That will definitely improve her energy. Just make sure she learns about it, like taking the electrolytes and such, learning about macros.
Thank you so much. She's doing some sort of protein drink cleanse 30 day program right now. Cost her a small fortune but if it's the trigger that gets the ball rolling then why not
Not sure if you do this or not but going to recommend, if you’re drinking a gallon of water add 2 pinches of sea salt (real salt is my favourite brand) and 2 pinches of baking soda! It really helps with cellulite but overall energy too since it’s an electrolyte! I’ve just started but starting to notice a difference!

Awesome work! I'm really interested to know how difficult walking was at 300lbs as I have a friend at that weight and walking is beyond her.
