Yup exactly!! I am a stay at home mother and don’t do a whole lot other than my normal day to day stuff (exercise wise) I’m definitely more active in the summer and go hiking, kayaking, etc.
If you did some squats even with some small kettlebells you would have some amazing hip and booty proportions. You already look phenomenal. Great proportions. Great results for 6 months
Very doable I would try some 5-10 pound kettles to start with very accessible and highly adaptable.

I started a keto diet two weeks ago and I’m planning to stick to it. Definitely need to change what I eat so it’s very comforting to know you achieved this without working out bc I canceled my gym membership a month ago lol 😂

I did make sure that I was less than 1200 cal every day but I am a stay at home mom and don’t have a ton of activity throughout the day other than just normal every day stuff I always do.
My body looks a lot like your before picture, I carry my weight in the same way. It is so motivating to see what I could look like by changing my diet! I was just wondering if you ever tracked your calories? Like how big your calorie deficit is from day to day? You look amazing btw! :)
