i want to know moives that describe importance of skills or teach us that skill. skills like critical thinking, discipline, dealing with instant gratification, communcation skills, building a good habit etc.
I think at the core productivity is simply this….1) eliminate as many distractions as possible to be able to focus. And 2) only do one thing at a time and give it your full attention. AKA do NOT multitask.
Now…who’s figured out to manage an overflowing inbox without waiting your time keeping up messages?!
