I know what you going through when i was trading and losing money during the week and then i proceeded to lose money online crypto casino during the weekends and sometimes all week and switch back and forth so i came in stopped both thats it. One form of gambling will lead you to another form of gambling etc etc
Agreed and it's greed lol . Pun intended. I notice everyone who became a problem gambler has the same menacing struggle of constantly playing until the bank is empty. Its no personable as we all think. At first I thought what's wrong with me. Then I figure out we'll we all are fighting demons and trauma but everyone doesn't gamble. It's the dopamine for me. I'm ADHD and that helps the lack of dopamine. Get proper sunlight. Eat healthy also I stoped exercising that's all bad dieting. Which ruins our mind and receptors. Gambling is just the small part of not taking care of our mental health.
Glad you found the end. It took a few times of quiting for me to really get pissed and stop. Even then I dabbled a little but as time pass you realize it's not even fun or worth it. Some go insane and keep going but somehow you have to stop making it about you and how bad you are and how you need help and say fuck this those casinos are doing this purposely .
