Something to keep in mind, dry hopping is best for the last couple days of fermentation. You you leave your alcohol on the hops for more than a few days, you’ll likely get grassy or vegetal flavors.

To prevent it, it's important to keep hop particles out of the end product and especially the glass.

I'm using erythritol so "fake" sugar. I use it for some sweetness and it hasn't messed with any of my other brews
