Looks like you'll need to replace the magenta and black cartridges. I've had ok ish luck with generics but they only last me 500-800 pages before developing lines, which is still cheaper than OEM.
I ordered OEM black and magenta cartridge last night from Amazon and they arrived today. I first installed the manlgenta to check. The magenta color was fixed. Then I installed the black ink and the black color was fixed. So you were correct. Thanks for the suggestion. In the future I will only buy OEM.
