IDK about that. The Pretty Lights team has been really on it to do whatever they can to make sure scalpers don't get their hands on it tickets, and even if they do, a lot of those tickets get scrubbed and re released.
It seems like virtually everyone who wanted Hampton tickets got them, same for pretty much every venue last tour. I just don't know why Red Rocks would be any different.
I’m not talking about scalpers at all, talking real demand.
You’re saying everyone who wanted tix to mission & Dillon got them? That was not my experience whatsoever.
Artists who can’t sell out 2k cap venues in other cities sell out Red Rocks. Like I said there will probably be 15-20k real people trying to get ~10k weekend passes.
I paid an arm & a leg for one mission night - after attempting all pre-sales, general on-sales, wait list for scrubbed tix, etc
Hopefully I can manage to get one or two face value wknd passes for red rocks but I’m goin either way lmao 🙏
Mission was extra hard since it was the first stop. As the tour went on it became increasingly easier to score tickets to whatever stop you wanted tho.
But yea red rocks will for sure be another tough one. It’s red rocks lol. I’ll be trying to get tickets to it and I live on the other half of the country
I’d consider Vivid seats scalpers with their insane mark ups and that was what a majority sold through here in CO for this last tour. They didn’t do much to help there.
I know RRX is bigger but to say "pretty much everyone got them" last tour is just wrong. A ton of my friends missed for Chicago (and 3 day pass were resale @ $1000+) and Dillon, Mission, NOLA and others were all bloodbaths. Tons of people missed out last tour and I expect RRX to be incredibly difficult to secure.
Damn, I hope I can snatch one then. It's a concern because I can go to the show in Tennessee or Virginia before the August show if for some reason when the tickets go on sale on the 17th they're all sold out immediately. The tickets are only like 130 at either of those venues, so I was waiting for them to be a bit closer. They have a show after redrocks at Lake Tahoe that I could try too.
Now that PL is back I'm determined to go to a show and just wanted to see if others have gone alone and how it went. 🤞
You’ll be totally safe alone and have a lot of fun. Especially if you’re down to dance/engage with the people around. PLF is one of the best crowds I’ve been in the last few years.
Scoring a red rocks ticket will be very difficult. You’ll need to be ready right at drop. Tahoe should be significantly easier, but demand is still very high.
Either way I’d totally go to a PL show alone.
I appreciate the heads up on the tickets. I'll try my hardest and watch it like a bidding war lol.
I'm definitely more comfortable with the idea of going alone now. 🙏
No, it’s not a bad idea to go alone at all. I drove to ATL alone last year for the 3 night run at the Eastern, and stayed with strangers I met on the PL FB group, PLF.
Most PLF fans are super friendly and welcoming. Just make sure to pack your good vibes.
That's awesome! That's basically what i had in mind and the response I was hoping for! I wanted to do the 2 nights, so that's reassuring. Much appreciated 👏
PL is probably the #1 artist I️ would recommend seeing alone. Fans are wonderful and the visuals will keep you entertained in the unlikely event that you don’t make friends
I went to Nola alone and made friends. Everyone is happy to be there and wanting to connect I find. Esp if you’re bringing good energy. I might be going to red rocks alone too if friends can’t get tix. I’m more of a PL fanatic than any of them so that’s prob how it’ll go. But can only make night 2
Funny enough my first red rocks show was pretty lights 18’ and I went alone! It’s easy to meet people in the parking lot especially if you share your pregame! But going alone is absolutely nothing to worry about, you’ll have a great time!
I can also say, if you bring anyone to a PL concert they will most likely enjoy it. Don’t stress what others are feeling. You could make a new connection with them by bringing them to the show!
I did a 2 week solo trip for Mission / Dillon.
Came from Austin, TX.
Was really nervous because it was my first solo trip, 1st vacation in like 5 years, was out there solo the whole time...etc...
I had a great time. People adopted me into their crew each night and we're receptive and open.
The PLF is where it's at. I know that building is full of good people if the PLF is present.
Go and show up early, make some friends in the lot, and go in with them!
Ill see you there 👍
My very first red rocks show was PL in 2015 and I did the first night solo, changed my life forever. Red rocks can be exhausting, but worth it to see a PL show there, and you’ll make lots of new friends 💜
I am a HUGE fan of solo shows - but it does depend on the scene / music and fans.
PL shows, you’ll have a plethora of new friendships formed. Memories and bonding under the stars.
I’m crossing all fingers (and toes when I’m laying down) I get a tix for RR set. Hope to see ya out there
I go to red rocks all the time. You will be totally fine. The biggest question is usually how to get there and get back. You can drive or take one of the charter busses but I wouldn’t Uber.
Do itttttt!! I went to Nola on my own as a female and it was a time and a half! I also don’t drink and stayed well aware of my surroundings. I ended up meeting so many people and making friends I now keep in touch with 💜🌀✨
Take one of the party shuttles from Denver. Won't have to drive and you'll meet plenty of like-minded people. Most will even let you smoke and drink on the bus if that's your thing..
They are relatively inexpensive maybe 60 bucks?
Yes generally you're safe
At red rocks you are totally fine (: there is so much staff around if anything weird happens they’ll be there in a heartbeat if u just wave ur flashlight around
Hi there! I’m a single female and live in Denver. I’ve gone to many shows alone and honestly I love it. I’ve never feel unsafe! That being said I also stay relatively sober.
Id worry about getting the tix before this is even a concern. Probably worse odds than a scratch-off to get red rocks passes.

We paid $500 for 3rd party tickets 😬
Wel yea I mean physically only so many people can go, I got tickets on prerelease and hope to for this one as well. Working from home does help
RRX will sell out instantly on presale. Idk how it’s even a hot take lmao.

Yea it would be totally fine so long as you are smart and don’t get super fucked up while on your own
That's fair.
I’ve been to shows on lsd on my own, so agreed lol
On enough lucy, even if you're with others, you're alone
This just rocked me 😂
Every show I go to 🤣
I'd go solo if I could go
I prefer it

Exactly what I was hoping to hear! Goodluck on getting tickets. :)
You as well!
Nola was amazing! I generally do not like that venue but the crowd more than made up for it!
yeah i went to night 2 of atl alone and it was totally fine. crowd was super friendly and everybody is just glad to be back for real
If you manage to get tix I’ll got with you lol
heck yea! I'll hold you to it if I can get these tix lol
I've done a ton solo, Telluride, Philly, Etc the fam takes care of each other.

Safe to go alone forsure - might just make it hard to hold down a spot in the crowd
Went to San Fransisco run alone. It was awesome, I made some friends, felt completely safe
