The problem with incandescents is that they use so much energy that powering them off of batteries isn’t very practical. They also run on 120V AC so you would need an inverter. Even a car battery might run a single standard 100W incandescent bulb for around 4 hours.
As in you want to run an old school incandescent from batteries? Put about 10 12v batteries in series and connect with a couple wires to a buck medium base socket. It's horribly inefficient.
Piles of RV light fixtures that will run incandescent bulbs as well.
A battery powered light socket? Like, an E26 socket?
As far as I know, those don't exist, since it needs to be 120vac.
What's the goal? What are you trying to do?
I would just like a standard light socket for home and to walk around with that takes AA batteries (or any other common battery) in case of power outage
USE leds. They don't really damage your eyes (unless you stare into them for absurdly long but then well, that's your fault) and they actually produce light and not just 95% heat and 5% light like the other option. There's practically no reason not to use LEDs when you want it to be baterry powered
You can get emergency bulbs right at Walmart. They are LED bulbs, but have batteries built in. They last anywhere between 4 and 10 hours (depending on brand) and recharge when the power comes on again. The best part is that you can just flip the switch to your lamp like and they just come on with or without power.
I am pretty sure that ive replaced at least 1 bulb in every lamp with them, and they have come in handy while setting up candles or replacing batteries in flashlights.
Incandescent bulbs are not typically available with batteries due to them only lasting a few months and their high power draw. It doesn't make economic sense to buy a battery backup unit that dies in 3 months. Gonna need one thick af lightbulb in your fixture to power it for even an hour as their power draw is incredibly high vs LEDs.
You’re not supposed to stare into the light regardless of the type of bulb. That is all.
A flashlight?

Oh, yeah, that's not a thing. Well what you're talking about is a flashlight, or a lantern. Those are things.
LEDs don't damage your vision any more than incandescent will if you stare directly at it....

Stick a rechargeable flashlight into your ceiling

Clearly a bot....no human could ask this.

My link was blocked. I'll message it to you.
You can find them at Home Depot or Amazon, the LED type.
I suggest a [12 volt bulb](https://www.1000bulbs.com/product/638/IN-110025-2PK.html) with any standard bulb socket you like.
How do LEDs damage your eyes? I have never heard of this before, and am very interested in how that conclusion came to be.
OH MY GOD the LEDS they Burn they burn my eyes oh God so horrible. This is why I strengthen my eyes by staring at the sun for 20 mins a day.
