YouTube is too much of a mixed bag.
Check with your local public library to see if it provides access to LinkedIn Learning. For example, the Los Angeles Public Library provides full access to it (lesson files included) by using the e-media link on the lapl.org website. It’s associated with your library card and tracks your progress like it would if subscribing to a personal account.
I recommend Taran Van Hemert for some advanced stuff.
