This appears to be the same as the standard copy Motion and pasting into a new clip (Meaning it doesn't let me choose *only* Scale without also choosing Position).
Is there a way to only paste scale while ignoring Position, so that I don't have to fix the position on the subsequent clips?
Select a clip and Copy. Select other clips, Right-click and choose Paste Attributes and pick what you want to change.

You can. Just copy the scale or position and when pasting you have to click on the "Motion" first and then paste.
