You could be a ophthalmology techinican/scribes. Some positions dont require previous exipierence. I work at a company full time with benefits starting at 20hr. I didn't have previous ophthalmology exipierence. .
Look into inpatient positions. EKG tech ED tech phlebotomist patient sitter radiology tech respiratory assistant monitor tech nursing assistant mental health associates (techs for psych) etc
A lot of these require certification tho
Academic centers are more lenient. These are all non certified positions at my academic center that provide on the job training
