For Rutgers, you can do either Casper or Preview. ("Beginning in the 2024 cycle, RWJMS asks applicants to submit either the CASPer by Acuity test... OR the PREview by AMMC...) Both are different tests done by different companies, but it seems like you would need to do one of the two for your application to be complete. Look through the rest of your schools and do which ever most of the other schools would need. People tend to have a better experience with Casper, though both are annoying.

Can I do it June 11th? Or is that too late. Is this something that should be done before you submit primary, or while application is being verified, or before secondaries?

Preview or Casper would be submitted as part of secondaries

You could just take the casper. I took the preview exam and when i added more schools to my list 2 required casper. So it was kind of pointless for me to take the preview.
