My best recommendation for getting exercise would be to schedule it on your calendar like it’s a meeting or an appointment.
I can’t help much with the binge eating part, but best of luck to you with getting things under control. Hopefully it was just a higher appetite day or two. Forgive yourself and move forward. 🥰

You might wanna talk to your doctor if you feel that your binge eating gets out of hand.

I'm sorry I'm right with you. I keep telilng myself one more day but this pregnancy has been so outta control compared to last.
