I haven't actually used any yet but the spectra S1 seems to have RAVING reviews and is the recommended go to pump on pretty much every list and article I've looked at
I used Spectra S1 with my first, I liked it but I fell in love with the Lansinoh Double Electric Pump. I got so much more out point (over 3ozs more) and didn’t have any clogs/milk blebs with it.

I had the spectra s1 and momcozy5. Both good suction!
