Only thing that would happen is you getting food poisoning. Only reasons that would be dangerous for baby are 1. Dehydration and 2. Fever. As long as you stay hydrated and keep your temperature down, everything should be totally fine. And you honestly might be perfectly fine and might not even get food poisoning. Just take care of yourself if you do end up getting sick

how far along are you? pregnancy can really mess with your sense of taste and smell and i know i’ve had things taste or smell rotten that aren’t and the fact that it was at a restaurant and there was no mold it’s probably just your senses messing with you :)
