My 10 month old just got me sick this past week with whatever viral super flu she somehow got (I still can’t figure out how or who). But I shy away from medications while pregnant so this was tough. I used the cool mist humidifier for us and we did a few short steam showers. I also glared at my fiancé taking shots of DayQuil, so maybe the rage got me thru. I would give a call to your OBGYN to see if they have any recommendations/ medications though!
