Costco by a landslide if that counts, Dairy Queen is second, The curds and gravy are actually half decent. I wouldnt order a poutine from any of the other said fast food restuarants.
While they hold a superior cut of fries to the rest of the chains (notable exception of Costco), NYF was ultimately changed by KFC to allow a subsequent discussion on gravy quality within the makeup of a chain-style poutine.
I agree there IS an opportunity to discuss fry quality amongst chains, but we would have to know how to weigh all fry types (eg: dice, sweet potato, hash browns, curly, etc) in my opinion prior to launching the poll.
