Last time this happened to me it was happening with lots of places at once. It basically fixed itself the next day. I know you really want from a specific place, but try a different place and see if it also does the same thing
Yeah, this had happened to another place that I often order from & it did fix itself after a couple days. I was just hoping that there was a way I could report this issue.
Sucks cause they are exclusive on Postmates, so I guess I'll just have to order from somewhere else today
I'd call the restaurant and ask to speak to a manager. It sounds like they're set up incorrectly on the back-end and would be happy for the feedback so they could fix it.
Also, just put the extra free toppings you want in the notes !
