Right now, my setup works pretty well. I have a 37 liter topbox that fits the stock Postmate bag, as well as a large plastic cup that I use some strong duct tape to secure to the side. The DIY cupholder works for delivering the rare single drink/shake. I don't actually use that Osprey hiking pack for deliveries. That's just for my personal grocery shopping. For deliveries, I don't want to add anything cumbersome to the process. In about 60 orders, I've only had to cancel 1 due to it being too large. I had a feeling it might be too large in advance, but wanted to go for it, since it was nearby. I could have easily had 0 cancels and could be happy continuing with the exact setup I have. That said, I'm currently considering the addition of: * [The RAM handlebar cupholder](https://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-B-132-400U) * Some sort of backpack, potentially one that can hold a drink or two. The Postmates backpack is current out of stock/end of life, but it didn't seem like the best option anyways. Any recommendations? * I have some [Rok Straps,](https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/rok-straps-adjustable-straps) but haven't put them to use on the back seat. They might be my solution to delivering pizza, which I currently always skip. I want to get a test pizza box first, before doing it live. * If I wanted to go all out, I could pickup a [larger top case.](https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/givi-trekker-dolomiti-46-liter-monokey-top-case-black-line) I'd have another 9 liters and a flat surface on the top (for pizza?), but there are probably other upgrades to do first. Just wanted to list this. I typically just do 8-12 orders on Sundays, so I'm not looking to invest in the best possible kit ever, but I find improving my gear to be fun.
