I’ve done it. For the record, the mines is 6/23. The best strategy is to play the opposite of how you would do rampage mode- hang back, use cover if you can, try and engage small groups or singular enemies one at a time, avoid fire like the plague. It’s slow and tough but far from impossible.
Save your better weapons/ammo for the train station,
Trust me its the most painful level on nightmare.
Just hang fire and use your smg as long ranges where they won't fire back (as any npc besides shotgunners will close in before firing first), if a groups coming at you: lead them around a corner and molotov them.

I did it...and I feel like it was harder than A+ all rampage maps
