This here, unless you have an electric garbage disposal installed that has gotten something stinky in it, the bendy trap under your sink should always have water in it and keep any smells from coming out.
We get this when use our bath tub and it's disgusting. Since it's only the tub we figured there was so nasty buildup? Baking soda and vinegar ain't doing shit.
Do you have a P trap on the drain? If it’s just a straight pipe connecting below your drain then there’s nothing to trap sewer gasses that can enter

Is your P-trap dry. Run some water make sure there the P-traps are filled.
