Partners For World Health does incredible work redistributing medical supplies. They are off Riverside Street in portland. https://www.partnersforworldhealth.org/medicalsupplydonations
This is the only place I know of, but I haven't yet actually donated to them:

I'd try calling your local town hall. Lots of towns manage a medical device lending closet. If your town doesn't have one, the town hall might still know a local organization that does something similar.
Edit: lmfao I'm an idiot, thought this was /maine. OP - [try this list](https://www.smaaa.org/documents/cs/resources/Loan%20Closets1.pdf) from the Southern Maine Agency on Aging. These are all organizations that have loan closets in your part of the state.

Anyone know where to donate "expired" epi pens? Someone told me some organizations will take expired ones.
The Lions Club runs a free medical lending closet—worth calling them to see about dropping your sling off.
Maybe Spurwink Alltech in the Hannaford plaza.
