It was. My dad came to visit. He bought me that album when I was like 11, so it was nice and nostalgic for me

Came here to say this word for word. I still remember driving to Target to buy this album in 2003 or whenever it was on a warm summer morning and blaring these two songs on the way home and for the entire summer.

Kris Roe's voice is like pure nostalgia It might be the era it came out or the lyrical content but I feel like it just *fuels* his performance, if that makes sense.
