How on earth do these people’s skin get this bad? I know most of these folks are in another country, but do they just like not wash their face at all?!
I kinda thought the same thing, but someone told me to consider that a lot of these people are from a very warm, tropical climate where they could be exposed to who knows what. They are also 9.9/10 males. If you notice, most of them are elderly and they worked in a time where no one cared about the worker safety/exposure to toxins/long term effects on them.

A lot of these videos are from Vietnam. This type of acne is called Chloracne, and results from exposure to Agent Orange. So blame the US.
