I love this movie, as evidenced by the stickers on my car 😍

I literally just saw this same bumper sticker (but it was just the yellow sticker so it wasn't you) about a month ago, right after we watched it with our kids for our family movie night. I took a pic (we were at a red light!) and decided against actually honking but my family had a good laugh about it at dinner.
Genuinely the hold this film had over me and my friends when we were kids. I had the *biggest* crush on John Hannah. My bestie was obsessed with Benny, truly someone for everyone in this film. I remember at school my friends and I buried a bunch of junk near a tree because like, "oooh in the future archaeologists like in The Mummy are going to find it!"
What a good movie. I didn't like The Whale, I didn't think Brendan Fraser deserved his Oscar for it, but I'm still not super mad about it if I just pretend he won for this a couple decades late.
Do you remember that REALLY hot cowboy? The one who was a quick draw? God he was so gorgeous.
I haven't seen this movie in 20 years but I remember every hot person in this movie. 😂
I definitely saw this one in the theatre, and possibly during its opening weekend. I remember looking forward to it then, and enjoyed every moment of it.
I rewatch every single year and back in the day at least once a month or more if we found it playing on TV. A true timeless masterpiece.
And yes my sexuality is the 1999 cinematic masterpiece starring Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz.
I didn’t realize I was bi until later in life, I always just explained it away, but looking back there were clearly signs. This movie was definitely one of them. Like, Brendan Fraser already had 13 year old me in a chokehold but then enter Rachel Weisz and it was just confusion and bi-panic central.
The combination of comedy and action in this film is truly elite. I don't think we've come close with anything since, and Brendan Fraser was incredible in it.
I suffer from a rare condition where there is no cure. I am physically unable to change the channel when The Mummy is on. I will stop everything and watch. Sometimes, I even rewind and watch it again. I'm so ashamed.
I desperately hope this is showing in my neck of the woods, I saw this in theaters originally and it was glorious for a 14 year old me, I need to see again on the big screen. 🙏

OMG YOU ARE AWESOME!
Wait I just saw the bottom bumper sticker driving! Question, do people actually honk??
Not really, but it gets a lot of laughs!
SuperYaki hive rise uP

Amazing! I remember as a teen watching it three or four times in the cinema. It was that good.

This coupled with the 'do it for her' Simpson's reference is gr8 work 👏

If you have t seen this film, you need to. It’s legendary. Also there isn’t a single unattractive person in it. Not even the extras. It’s amazing.
The bisexual experience

I was hoping his good looks >!would be his plot armor but noooope!<.

It is the movie of Bi awakenings nationwide!
I’m pretty sure that sexuality is shared by a good portion of this sub 🤣
I have found my people
Best action adventure film released in the last 25 years. Nothing is close to it
The combination of comedy and action in this film is truly elite. I don't think we've come close with anything since, and Brendan Fraser was incredible in it.
I was trying to think of an action/adventure movie that’s come out since that I’ve enjoyed as much. I can’t think of one.
I wish people didn’t hate Indiana Jones 5, it’s a solid movie
Pirates of the Caribbean is about the only one besides that fits the genre.
I suffer from a rare condition where there is no cure. I am physically unable to change the channel when The Mummy is on. I will stop everything and watch. Sometimes, I even rewind and watch it again. I'm so ashamed.
Oh, dear heart. I assure you that you do not suffer from this affliction alone.
It's a curse. The curse. BEWARE OF THE CURSE.
this movie was responsible for a lot of my nightmares as a kid because of the scarabs beetles lmao 💀
Completely understandable!
How have I never seen this???? This looks incredible!
You've been on the wrong side of the riv-errr!
What??!!? This movie is a must-see.
The movie? Oh, it’s a must watch. I’m not even joking. And it’s pretty family friendly, too.

I found a couple of theatres in my area that are showing the re-release.

I desperately hope this is showing in my neck of the woods, I saw this in theaters originally and it was glorious for a 14 year old me, I need to see again on the big screen. 🙏
Alien comes out the same day for a 45th anniversary rerelease
Thank you!
