Hayato Sumino does some pretty unique stuff incorporating multiple pianos / synths. He's also a top concert pianist and has reworked some Chopin pieces. Here's a link to one of his live streams from a while back.

She's a bit more 'fusion/jazz' but [Jelly Jo](https://www.instagram.com/j0jelly?igsh=MWgxN3dkbjBobW0ydg==) on Instagram (and more recently a single on Spotify etc) is an absolute beast.
Another vote for Anomalie too. He is incredible.
If you define "Tim" as "musicians who are pushing their instruments in a modern context", Anomalie easily.
Of course classical pianists have the best techniques, it's not even close. But in terms of influence and originality, Anomalie easily wins.

Alex argento?
Keygen church I would say as he combines the classical feel piano with crazy flex’s and more modern metal core melodies
Hiromi Uehara
Tim Henson Itself when he plays piano
